have the special kind of faith
that will guide me day by day
and year by year.

Let me know the peace of mind
that comes from trusting You,
that shelters me from doubt
and want and fear.

Let me live a thoughtful life
that’s pleasing in Your sight,
a balanced life of work and play
and rest.

Let me use Your gifts to me
to always do what’s right
and help me grow to be my very best.

Father, let me turn to You
for guidance, strength and love,
and let me see the good in everything.

Please help me to remember
that as long as I have You,
I have the greatest blessing life
can bring.
